From days to hours: modernizing finance with Supermove + Sage

Clancy began its Supermove rollout with commercial moving, bringing CRM, dispatch, billing, storage and customer communication into one operating platform.

Finance was a critical part of that transformation.

Clancy adopted Sage Intacct, integrated with Supermove, to modernize its financial operations. Operational activity (such as timesheets, driver pay, vanline statement reconciliation, invoicing, pricing) is performed end to end within Supermove, where the work is happening, while clean, properly coded financial data automatically flows into Sage for accounting and financial reporting.

The result is less duplicate entry, fewer manual steps and a more connected flow of information between operations and finance.

Clancy has already reduced the time its team spends on monthly billing, with processes that once required significant manual work becoming faster and more efficient.

For a business operating across multiple divisions, brands and facilities, that's more than just time saved. It gives the finance team a stronger foundation to support a growing and increasingly complex operation.

Clancy has become one of the most advanced adopters of the Supermove and Sage integration, putting the connected systems to work in its daily operations.

Extending the operation with AI

The company is already using Supermove's AI Voice Agents to provide 24/7 call coverage and handle customer conversations outside traditional business hours.

As adoption has grown, Clancy has seen an encouraging signal from its customers: callers are increasingly ending AI-handled conversations with a simple “thank you.”

Clancy is among the first moving and storage companies partnering with Supermove on Autopilot, the next evolution of the Supermove platform.
